In Gällaryds History park you can find an old vicarage from the 18th century and the Ängåsen cottage, from the 1850s.
Gällaryd's history association was founded in 1941. The main building consists of the former vicarage. The vicarage is in its original location and is owned by the parish, but kept by the history association. Next to the building lies a red timber tithe with a flared upper floor. There is also a barn where the tobacco from the nearby regions was put to dry. Once finished, it was sent to manufacturing in Jönköpings coarse snuff.
Store Mosse is a national park that comprises the largest untouched marshland south of Lappland. The park is 15 x 12 km in extent, and the vegetation here is similar to that of the wilderness of Norrland. The park offers more than 40 km of trails and boardwalks.
